Qualified candidates must possess an RN or LVN California State License with 1 to 2 years experience in managed care, knowledge of HMO, UM and QM processes and familiar with various financial risk arrangements will be keys to success in this growing, stable, family-oriented organization. Will be responsible for the facilitation of utilization and case management, referral management (authorizations, denials, modifications) and the management and coordination of care for high risk, transplant, CCS and CPSP populations for this healthcare company.
